Major Housing Initiative Targets Third New Cities and Nationwide districts
The Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) has announced a meaningful housing supply plan, aiming to provide 16,000 households for pre-sale homes to those in need, including residents of the third new cities, during the latter half of this year. This enterprising initiative underscores LH’s commitment to addressing housing shortages and supporting vulnerable populations.
Q3 Focus: Namyangju Wangsuk and Gwacheon-juam Lead the Way
The third quarter will see a substantial portion of these homes made available, with 7,700 households slated for supply in key areas like Namyangju Wangsuk and Gwacheon-juam.
July’s Offerings:
In July, a total of 2,177 households will be offered.this includes:
1,776 households across blocks A1, B1, and B2 in Wangsuk, Namyangju.
401 households designated as newlywed Hope Town in block A2.
August’s Developments:
August will bring 538 public sale units in block A1 and 686 newly married Hope Town units in block C2,both located in Uijeongbu Post.
September’s Distribution:
september’s supply includes 295 households in block A-2 of Gangwon Wonju Office, 405 households in block A-7 of Namyangju Jinjeung 2 District, and 277 households in block A-2 of Ulsan Taehwa River District. Additionally, 390 households in the Siheung Load District (block A4) in Gyeonggi-do are scheduled for Hope Hope Town.
Q4 Expansion: Nationwide Supply Across Major Districts
The fourth quarter is set to deliver a further 8,200 households, with distributions planned across major districts nationwide, including Gimpo Gochon and Gwacheon-juam.
October’s allocations:
October will see 2,274 households supplied, comprising:
1,130 households in Daejeon Daedong 2 (block 1, public sale).
757 households in Cheongjuji Book (block B1, public sale).
* 387 households in Gimhae Revolutions (block C-1, public sales).
November’s Opportunities:
November’s sales will include 1,895 households, featuring 499 public sale units in Namyangju Wangsook (block B-17), 1,3 households in Gunpo Daeyami (block A2, Newly Wedding Human Town), and Namyangju Wang Sook (block A-14, Newlywed Hope Town).
December’s deliveries:
December will conclude the year’s supply with 4,090 households, including 262 public sale units in Gimpo Gochon 2 (block A1) and 932 units in Gwacheonjuam (block C1, encompassing both public sales and newlywed Hope Town).
