Rapper Young Thug has revealed plans for his next album, titled Business is Business, slated for release next year. He intends to include several collaborators, specifically mentioning Quavo as a confirmed participant during a conversation wiht streamer Adin ross. Further artist announcements are expected.

Addressing Drake’s Absence
despite speculation, Young Thug clarified that Drake’s absence from the album is not due to any conflict. Speaking on the Its Up There podcast, Thug explained, “Don’t believe the hype. They say I pulled the album back as I ain’t get the features. Who y’all thought wasn’t gonna be on the album? they’re on the album.” He attributed Drake’s non-participation to the rapper’s ongoing tour schedule. “I couldn’t get the Drake feature because he’s on tour. He running around doing a lot of sh*t. We gonna make up for them not hearing us collab on this album.that’s some sh*t in store without a doubt.”
Fractured relationship with Gunna
While Young Thug has reconciled with many peers, his relationship with Gunna remains strained. During his appearance with Adin Ross, Thug stated that a reconciliation with Gunna is unlikely, saying, “I don’t know. As of right now, I don’t think that can happen. Its monotonous. Like why?” This rift stems from Gunna’s 2022 plea deal in the YSL RICO case, as reported by Rolling Stone.
