The collision occurred near the Lažánky area. According to police spokesperson David Chaloupka and emergency services, a single passenger vehicle left its designated lane, striking the motorcyclists on the route connecting Blansko and the village of Jedovnice.

Firefighters described the scene as a serious accident. They confirmed via the social network Threads that the road was closed immediately following the crash.
Resuscitation Efforts and Casualties
Emergency crews fought to save a young woman at the scene. Despite resuscitation efforts, they were unable to restore her vital functions. Emergency services spokesperson Michaela Bothová confirmed the woman died at the site of the crash.
A young man was also injured. Bothová stated he received medical treatment on-site before being transported to a hospital to rule out serious injuries. Responders also treated a third individual for an acute stress reaction.
