Canceling the Service

If you wish to cancel this service for which you have already signed up, please click on “Cancel Service” below and proceed with the cancellation. If you have any questions, please use the inquiry form below. Please note that if you do not cancel your subscription, you will continue to be charged.

Requests for Disclosure or Deletion of Personal Information

If you wish to request the disclosure or deletion of your personal information that has been collected by Recochoku Co., Ltd. or Tower Records Japan Co., Ltd. pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, please agree to this notice and the following documents regarding the handling of personal information by Recochoku Co., Ltd. or Tower Records Japan Co., Ltd. (depending on the account you selected when signing the Service Agreement), and then submit your request using the inquiry form below.

Please note that the inquiry details and email address information entered in the inquiry form, as well as other personal information acquired during the course of correspondence regarding your inquiry, will be used to respond to your inquiry in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. Please also note that the relevant information will be acquired primarily by RecoChoku Co., Ltd., and provided to Tower Records Japan Co., Ltd. to the extent necessary for the disclosure or deletion of personal information in response to requests.
