Canceling the Service
Canceling the service is a straightforward process. If you wish to cancel the service you have signed up for, please click on the “Cancel Service” button and proceed with the cancellation. If you have any questions or concerns, please use the inquiry form below to contact us. Please note that if you do not cancel your subscription, you will continue to be charged.
Requests for Disclosure or Deletion of Personal Information
If you wish to request the disclosure or deletion of your personal information collected by Recochoku Co., Ltd. or Tower Records Japan Co., Ltd. under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, please agree to this notice and the following documents regarding the handling of personal information by Recochoku Co., Ltd. or Tower Records Japan Co., Ltd. (depending on the account you selected when signing the Service Agreement), and then submit your request using the inquiry form below.
Please note that the inquiry details and email address information entered in the inquiry form, as well as other personal information acquired during the course of correspondence regarding your inquiry, will be used to respond in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. The relevant information will be acquired primarily by RecoChoku Co., Ltd., and provided to Tower Records Japan Co., Ltd. to the extent necessary for the disclosure or deletion of personal information in accordance with the request.
