YouTube Introduces Big News: Ad-Free Videos Without Subscription
youtube Tests New Ad-Free Sharing Feature
The popular YouTube platform is experimenting with a new feature that could appeal to users who don’t subscribe to Premium.
Google has been actively combating the use of ad blockers on YouTube, citing lost revenue for both the company and content creators. while ad blockers were initially effective, recent measures have rendered them largely ineffective. This has led to a situation where much of the desired content is either behind a paywall or interrupted by frequent advertisements.
watching YouTube Without ads: A new Approach
Google has been offering a Premium subscription since 2014,allowing users to watch content without ads. however, many users have opted out of this subscription.
In response,YouTube introduced a cheaper Premium Lite tier, which provides ad-free viewing without access to YouTube Music. Now,YouTube is testing a limited Premium experiment that allows users to share up to 10 ad-free videos per month.

Limited Availability
Users without a Premium subscription can use these shared links to enjoy an ad-free viewing experience. If a link is shared with a Premium subscriber, it dose not count against the 10-video limit. Each video link can be played ad-free up to 10 times. After that, the video will include advertisements.
The experimental feature is currently being tested with a limited number of subscribers in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
