According to YouTube, “Music lovers can explore their 2024 Music Recap page on the YouTube and YouTube Music app and scroll through to see their personalized stats from this year.” The recap includes new animations, better photo quality, and insights into podcasts, allowing users to celebrate their musical year.

The Music Recap has added animated screens to guide users through their highlights and features a listening timeline that showcases key moments in their music journey. This recap aims to increase user engagement with music and promote YouTube Music through shareable data cards.
