Aaron Popendza Signs with ⁤Zamalek ​Club

Gabonese player Aaron ‍Popendza has signed a contract to join​ the ranks of the​ Zamalek club, for 3​ seasons, to strengthen ‍the team’s ‌forward​ ranks.

A source has told Laila Koura ​that the ‌Zamalek club⁣ are in the process of⁤ obtaining a visa for player Aaron ‍Bubendza⁣ to travel to Cairo‍ next week to officially complete the deal.

Gabonese Aaron Popendza ​is a ⁤different case to the players who have previously joined Zamalek’s ⁢ranks, ⁤as the ⁣player has professional experience ⁤in Europe and several Gulf clubs, ​adding⁤ to the ⁣weight of his experience.

Early Career

Aaron Popendza ​began his‌ career with the ​Maunana club before being promoted ⁢to ‍the ‌first‌ team ​in 2016 and moved to the French ranks of ‌Girondins-Bordeaux in 2016, making 20 appearances⁤ and‌ scoring 8 goals‍ before being promoted in 2017.

Loan Moves

Aaron Popendza’s promotion to the⁢ first ⁢team at the Girondins-Bordeaux club‌ did⁣ not imply his participation,‌ as the player went on loan to ⁤multiple clubs after his promotion.
