He stated, “Russia has no valid reason – none at all – to make Iran and North Korea accomplices de facto for its criminal war in Europe, with their weapons that kill us, that kill Ukrainians.”

During his visit to the United States, Zelensky aims to present a “victory plan” to US President Joe Biden and Congress to end Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. He seeks to strengthen support for Ukraine in terms of military aid, diplomatic assistance, and economic support.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s Call to Action

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken addressed the United Nations Security Council, calling on the international community to act against the military support of Iran and North Korea to Russia in its war in Ukraine. Blinken emphasized the need for the world to strongly denounce and condemn this aid, which fuels conflict and contributes to prolonging suffering in the region.

Blinken highlighted the significance of Iranian arms deliveries, such as drones, and aid from North Korea in Russia’s efforts to continue the war. He urged the international community to punish these actions and support Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression.
