Netflix original series ‘Queen Maker’, which drew attention with the first meeting of actors Kim Hee-ae and Moon So-ri, will be released on April 14. ‘Queen Maker’ is a Netflix series that depicts the story of Hwang Do -hee, who is a genius of creating images and who managed the strategic planning office of a large company, jumps into the election board to make Oh Gyeong-sook , a human rights lawyer who has lived as a weed, known as a rhinoceros justice, mayor of Seoul.
In the published poster, Hwang Do-hee (Kim Hee-ae), who has a calm and firm feeling, and Oh Kyung-suk (Moon So-ri), who has an intense and demanding look, capture the attention of two people with an atmosphere opposite. ‘Queen Maker’ is a work designed by Moon Ji-young from 2018, and the title ‘Queen Maker’ focuses on Hwang Do-hee, who entered politics to make the ‘queen’ of the election board, and Oh Gyeong -suk, which becomes ‘queen’, as ‘Queen Maker’ The title is decided.
Director Oh Jin-seok said, “I wanted to make a work that even those who have no interest in politics can enjoy enough by watching each character’s style and acting regardless of their genre,” and revealed that everything carefully calculated to create a perfect political show. It made me curious about introducing ‘Queen Maker’.
The trailer released together shows Hwang Do-hee, who is a master of image making and a former member of the future strategy planning office of the large group Eunseong, and Oh Kyeong-sook, a human rights lawyer who shouting “never die, ” holding hands for the Seoul mayoral election.
