[단독] Kim Seung-hee’s daughter who applied and passed alone… “There is no job announcement”

Suspicions surrounding Kim Seung-hee, the Minister of Health and Welfare, have been raised again.

The MBC coverage confirmed that the candidate’s eldest daughter applied alone to a public institution and passed alone.

However, there is no notice necessary for public institution recruitment, raising suspicions that she may have benefited from her mother, who was a member of the National Assembly at the time.

Hangang Cultural Center in Yeoju, Gyeonggi-do.

Run by the Water Resources Environment Industry Promotion, a public institution under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, one short-term contract employee was hired in 2019.

Mo Hwang, the eldest daughter of Minister of Health and Welfare Kim Seung-hee, was hired through documents and interviews.

I got 82 points in the document and 72 points in the interview, so I finally passed.

However, there was only one applicant, Hwang, the eldest daughter of candidate Kim, who was then a member of the National Assembly.

Hwang received 12 million won for six months here.

The organization explained that the number of original applicants was small due to poor geographical access.

“Because (accessibility) is so bad, there are usually few applicants. Compared to other cultural centers…”

The problem is that the fact that the recruitment was announced at the time has not been confirmed.

Public institution recruitment notices must be posted on the institution website and government website, but there is no such thing.

Other recruitments conducted in 2019 are listed, but only the one that Hwang took is not.

While acknowledging the fact, the agency explained, “I didn’t know that short-term contract recruitment had to be announced, and I notified it through a private job search site.”

However, there are no related posts on the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s Worknet and private job search sites that posted a job posting.

The agency said it had requested records from the companies, but had not received a reply after a period of time.

“It is absurd to not make public announcements or public announcements. Only the daughter of candidate Kim Seung-hee took the test and passed. It is doubtful whether there was a so-called mother chance.”

Candidate Kim’s side said that her daughter saw it on a job search site and applied, but could not remember which site it was, and said that the recruitment process and the candidate were not related.

Water Resources Environment Industry Promotion was investigated for hiring a specific person under the direction of a high-ranking person without a job announcement during the government’s total recruitment survey of public institutions in 2018.
