• Be an Ecuadorian citizen over⁤ 18 years of age, or a foreign national meeting the requirements outlined in⁤ the Organic Law of the Public Service ⁤(LOSEP) and the Organic law of Intercultural ⁤Education (LOEI).
• Possess a third⁤ or fourth-level degree in education or a related field relevant⁣ to the advertised specialties. This degree must ‍be duly registered and recognized by the governing body of the Higher Education System.
• Be ⁢registered as a suitable candidate, formerly known as “eligible,” which requires successful ⁢completion of personality, reasoning, and specific knowledge evaluations administered by⁣ the Ministry of ⁤Education.
