100,000 people applied for the 2nd advance subscription for public sale… ‘Namyangju Wangsuk 2’ 84㎡ 81.2 to 1

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced on the 8th that as a result of the closing of the application for the second public sale in 2021, 101,528 people applied for the recruitment of 11,102 households, showing a 10 to 1 competition ratio.

In Namyangju Wangsuk 2, Incheon Geomdan, and Seongnam Sinchon and Bokjeong 2, the 2nd pre-order application for a total of 11,102 households has been completed. As a result of pre-registration, the competition ratio was 15 to 1 for public sale housing (8.3 to 1 for special supply, 42.2 to 1 for general supply) and 2.9 to 1 for Newlyweds Hope Town.

In the case of Namyangju Wangsuk 2, the 3rd new city, 48,000 people applied for the supply of 1412 households for public sale, showing a 34.2 to 1 competition ratio. Among them, in the case of the A3 block of 84㎡ (hereinafter referred to as the exclusive area), about 15,000 people applied, and the competition ratio was 81.2 to 1. In the Seongnam Sinchon district, about 7,300 people applied for the supply of 304 households for public sale. 11,000 and 21,000 people applied for Incheon Geomdan and Paju Unjeong 3, respectively.

Among the small-scale locations of Hope Town for Newlyweds (100% supply in the same year), the Seongnam Naksaeng 59㎡ terrace type gained the most popularity with a competition ratio of 13.9 to 1. The total number of Suwon Party supplies to residents of the metropolitan area was 5.4 to 1.

Looking at the age of the applicants for advance subscription, in the case of public sale housing, the majority were in their 30s (44.8%), followed by those in their 40s (27.8%) and 50s (13.6%). In the case of Newlyweds Hope Town, 72.9% in their 30s and 14.8% in their 20s accounted for the majority of young people.

Namyangju Wangsuk 2, Incheon Geomdan, Paju Unjeong 3, and Suwondangsu have more than 660,000 m2, so regional priority can be supplied to the metropolitan area. As a result of analyzing the proportion of pre-subscription applicants in the four districts by region, Seoul was 35.0% and Gyeonggi-Incheon 64.8%, confirming that residents of Seoul were also very interested in moving into business districts located in Gyeonggi-Incheon.

The 3rd advance subscription will start with the announcement of the subscription on the 18th, and the application will be processed. Hanam Gyosan (1056 households), Gwacheon Juam (1535 households), Siheung Hajoong (751 households), Yangju Hoecheon (825 households), etc. include about 4000 households. Even if you do not win the 2nd pre-order, the 3rd round of applications will start after the winning result is announced so that you can apply for the 3rd pre-order.
