Thamarassery: The 10th Athens Arts and Sports Football Club Premier League in Parappanpoi will be held on 23, 24 and 25 at Odakunn ground. Eight teams will compete in the tournament. The heats will be held between 7am and 10am and from 3.30pm to 6pm. The semi-final and final games will be held on Sunday evening.
A documentary covering the club’s activities over the past ten years will be shown. A tournament for local players will be organized on March 2 and 3. The organizers also said that a water purifier will be presented to the Thamarassery Yesu Bhavan in collaboration with MyG during the opening ceremony. In the press conference Secretary Rasheed Palakal, AM Ghafoor, PC Aslam, PM Sahal, Mohammad Shamil, Mihad, KC Tahir also participated.
