Just 150 days after Prabhas Om Rout’s film ‘Adipurush’ hit the theaters based on the story of Ramayana in 3D technology. The makers have announced that it will release globally on June 16. This is the end of the long wait for the fans.
The makers of the film said that the teaser, which was released earlier, faced criticism including on social media, but the 3D version was well received. They also said that the response to the 3D teaser had boosted their confidence. Kriti Sanon is the heroine of the film.
Prabhas appears as Sri Rama in Adipurush. Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan plays the role of Ravana in the film. Actor Sunny Singh also plays the lead role. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishnakumar and Om Rout under the T Series and Retrofile banners. The theme of the film is based on the Indian epic story which revolves around the victory of good over evil.
Adipurush is Prabhas’ third project with producer Bhushan Kumar after ‘Saaho’ and ‘Radheshyam’. Filmed in Hindi and Telugu.
