The 2024 Arizona Fall League has concluded, showcasing some of baseball’s top prospects. Here are the award winners:

MVP: Josue Briceño, 1B/C, Tigers
Briceño, the Tigers’ ninth-ranked prospect, won the Joe Black MVP Award. He had a standout season, achieving the Triple Crown with a .433/.509/.867 batting line, 10 home runs, and 27 RBIs in 25 games. -
Offensive Player of the Year: Niko Kavadas, 1B, Angels
Kavadas hit .329/.462/.700, smashing six home runs in 20 games. He ranked high in multiple offensive categories and adapted well after joining from Boston. -
Pitcher of the Year: Andrew Painter, RHP, Phillies
After returning from Tommy John surgery, Painter dominated with a 2.30 ERA and an 18-4 strikeout-to-walk ratio over 15 2/3 innings. He’s the Phillies’ second-ranked prospect. -
Defensive Player of the Year: Andrew Pintar, OF, Marlins
Pintar excelled defensively, not committing any errors in 51 chances while also showing offensive talent with 29 hits and 21 runs scored. -
Breakout Prospect of the Year: Caleb Durbin, SS, Yankees
Durbin stole 29 bases this fall, breaking the previous record. He hit .312/.427/.548, showcasing both speed and batting ability. -
Reliever of the Year: Luis Mey, RHP, Reds
Mey recorded six saves in eight appearances, allowing only one hit in 8 2/3 scoreless innings. He consistently threw over 100 mph. - Dernell Stenson Sportsmanship Award: Alejandro Osuna, OF, Rangers
Osuna displayed leadership and dedication, finishing with a .306 batting average, leading the league in walks and ranking among the leaders in hits and runs.
