26 vehicles were involved in a chain accident in Ankara

The accident occurred around 17:00 in Akköprü location on Mevlana Boulevard. 26 vehicles, including 3 jeeps and 23 cars, traveling in the same direction on the road that was slippery due to rain, crashed into each other one after the other. After the accident, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. In the chain accident, 3 people were slightly injured and material damage occurred to the vehicles. While traffic was disrupted due to the accident, the damaged vehicles were loaded onto tow trucks and removed. An investigation has been launched regarding the chain accident.
