Mr Apichai said Nonthaburi Province received the royal grace from His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, giving the trophy for the annual football competition of the Nonthaburi Provincial Sports Association. Who organized the competition “Nonthaburi Cup” for the 28th time by organizing this competition, Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization together with Nonthaburi Provincial Sports Association. Together, the competition will start from 21 January 2024 and the final will be held. Competing on March 11, 2024 at Nonthaburi Stadium.

“Muak Nonthaburi Cup football has developed since the first time it was held in 1993 and has become more and more intense. continuously Up to this time, the event is scheduled for the 28th time. The competition will be spread across 5 fields, divided into 4 categories, open to teams from all part of the country. There will also be a mass sports competition in honor of His Majesty the King for the year 2023 in order to promote Nonthaburi Province’s sports for further development. For the competition, it is divided into 4 categories: 1. People category. 8 teams invited to participate, 2. Youth category under 12 years, applications limited to 24 teams, 3. Youth category under 16 years, applications limited to 48 teams, and 4. Senior category, 50 years and older. limited to 16 teams. A total of 96 teams participate in each category.

The competition prizes are as follows: 1. People Category: The winning team receives 120,000 baht and a royal trophy, 1st runner-up receives 60,000 baht, 2nd runner-up receives 30,000 baht, and 3rd second place receives 5,000 baht.

2. 12 year old youth category, the winning team receives 50,000 baht and a royal trophy, 1st runner-up receives 25,000 baht, 2nd runner-up receives 10,000 baht and 3rd runner-up receives 5,000 baht.

3. Youth category 16 years old, the winning team receives 80,000 baht and a royal trophy, 1st runner-up receives 50,000 baht, 2nd place receives 25,000 baht and 3rd runner-up receives 5,000 baht.

4. In the senior category, the winning team receives 50,000 baht and a royal trophy, 1st runner-up receives 25,000 baht, 2nd runner-up receives 13,000 baht, and 3rd runner-up receives 5,000 baht Yes each category competing for a total prize money of 538,000. baht.

As for the opening match in the public category, Phrae Sports Association will meet Nonthaburi Sports Association on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 4:00 pm at Nonthaburi Stadium.
