An accident occurred in Busan where a 3-year-old child was dragged several tens of meters while hanging on a school bus.

According to the Busanjin Police Station in Busan on the 13th, under the Act on Aggravated Punishment for Specific Crimes, a 60-year-old driver of a school vehicle from a daycare center is being investigated for injury to a child protection area.

Person A is accused of injuring group B (3), who got off the school vehicle in front of a daycare center in Busanjin-gu, Busan around 9:07 am the previous day.

As a result of the police investigation, it was confirmed that group B was caught in the right rear bumper of the departing school vehicle and dragged several tens of meters.

The accident occurred while the school vehicle arrived at the daycare center, disembarked the students, and then departed.

Teachers who witnessed the accident chased after the vehicle and stopped it, but group B suffered serious injuries, including fractures and bruises all over the body.

Police are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
