Banana almond cinnamon smoothie
Ingredient:
– 1 banana – 4 almonds – 200 ml milk – 2 tablespoons yogurt – 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Making:
– Put all ingredients into blender and mix well.
– Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Matcha smoothie
Ingredient:
– 1 teaspoon matcha powder- 1/2 cup spinach- 3 tablespoons sliced almonds- 2 teaspoons chia seeds- 1 tablespoon grated coconut- 1 cup coconut milk

Making:
– Heat 1/4 cup of water. Turn off the heat and add matcha powder. Stir and mix well.
