There has been an incident where four medium-sized dogs who escaped from a house without a muzzle were roaming the street and bit a small dog that was out for a walk.
The owner of the victim, who was trying to save his dog, was also injured.

Four large dogs run towards a small poodle in the arms of a passerby.
Medium-sized dogs chase and attack the fleeing poodle owner, eventually biting the poodle and throwing it to the floor.
<현장음> “Oh, how are you?”
A medium-sized dog crosses the crosswalk with the dog and chases the fleeing owner to the end.
The incident occurred around 4:55 p.m. on the 3rd.
Some of the four hunting dogs, the Kaihoothound, attacked the dog they were walking with their owner in the middle of the street.
The medium-sized dog who was not wearing a muzzle attacked the dog and the victim dog owner for about 10m.
The attacked poodle was eventually killed, and the owner of the dog tore his hand to rescue the dog.
<목격자> “The owner of the dog just got into a fight and he tried to keep his dog from biting… He gave the dog to the doctor, and after a while he had a cardiac arrest.”
The incident occurred in an apartment complex area, and there is also an elementary school nearby.
The medium-sized dogs ran outside while their owners were preparing for a walk at home.
<가해 견주> “It happened because of my negligence. I’m planning to send the dogs to a dog house in the countryside or something like this.”
Hounds are not among the top 5 dog breeds that are obligatory to wear a muzzle under the Animal Protection Act.
The police are planning to arrest and investigate the dog owner on charges of negligence, etc.
