Daoud Kim (Kim Jae-han), a YouTuber with 5.5 million followers, declared that he would build a mosque in Incheon.
Daoud Kim recently announced through his YouTube channel community, “Hello, this is Daoud Kim. I have finally signed a land contract to build a mosque in Incheon.”
He added, “I can’t believe this day has come. We plan to build a prayer center and a podcast studio for Korean Da’wah (Islamic evangelism) here.”
At the same time, Daoud Kim revealed his account number, saying, “I need financial help to complete the building. If you want to help, please donate.”
Although there is no way to disallow the construction of religious facilities under current law, opposition from nearby residents is expected.
Meanwhile, Daoud Kim was born in 1992 and worked as a singer after graduating from the Department of Practical Music at university. After converting from Catholicism to Muslim in 2019, he has become very popular for his Muslim-related content.
