To set up an eSIM, follow these steps:

1. Contact Telecom Egypt’s customer service to check if the service is available for your phone.
2. Visit the nearest WE branch to purchase the eSIM service.
3. Obtain a QR code for the service.
4. Download the necessary files and network settings while connected to a WiFi network.
5. Call Telecom Egypt Customer Service at 111 to confirm your information and activate the service.

### Details of the New eSIM

The new eSIM will be available for all retail customers for new lines or replacements. Corporate customers can get it only when exchanging their current SIM.
