A reflexology station features surfaces like stone, sand, and pine needles. the nonprofit running the trail focuses on health, wellness, and outdoor education through grounding experiences.
2. Guided Hiking and Yoga, Zion National Park, Utah
A private yoga and hiking experience is available in Zion National Park. A local guide and certified yoga teacher leads a 2.5-mile hike through the desert to the Navajo Sandstone.
