A Chinese woman who maintains the body of someone in her 20s even at the age of 63 is becoming a hot topic online. This woman, who is 160cm tall, weighs 46kg, and has a body fat percentage of 17%, said regular exercise is the secret to beating ageing.

According to a recent Hong Kong South China Morning Post (SCMP) report, Zhen Zhen, from China’s southwestern Yunnan province, decided to make a change in his life after retiring at the age of 55 from his job as a project manager for the installation of a fire protection system fire company.
