In the third week of August, a total of 6,661 homes will be available for sale across the country, including the highly anticipated ‘Remian La Grande’ in Imun-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. Real Estate R114 reported that these homes are part of seven complexes with 2,872 units being sold to the public. Some of the notable complexes include ‘Raemian La Grande’ in Imun-dong, ‘Jinwi Station Seohee Star Hills The Park View’ in Jinwi-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si, and ‘We Park The Central’ in Pungam-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
‘Remian La Grande’ is the outcome of the Imun Area 1 redevelopment project and consists of 39 buildings with 5 underground floors and 27 floors above ground, offering a total of 3,069 households. Within this complex, 920 units ranging from 52 to 114㎡ will be available for public purchase. The average presale price per 3.3㎡ is 32.85 million won, with the highest price reaching 1.099 billion won for a 84㎡ unit. The price variations by size are as follows: △52㎡ 746 million won, △55㎡ 818 million won, △59㎡ 888 million won, △74㎡ 986 million won, △99㎡ 1.299 billion won, and △114㎡ 1.499 billion won.
The special delivery presale schedule is set for the 14th of this month, with the first subscription request to be made on the 16th. A lottery system will be implemented, with 60% of units exclusively available for individuals seeking homes smaller than 85㎡, while 100% of units larger than 85㎡ will be allocated through the lottery. The expected completion date for these homes is January 2025.
Conveniently located near Subway Line 1, University of Foreign Studies Station, Sinimun Station, and Cheongnyangni Station, which serves six lines, ‘Remian La Grande’ offers easy access to transportation. Imun Elementary School, Cheongnyang Elementary School, Seokgwang Middle School, High School, Kyung Hee Elementary School, Middle School, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Kyung Hee University, and Korea National University of Arts are all within a 2km radius of the complex.
