770 crores for one season! The Saudi club made a huge offer to buy Messi

Now there is a new report that the superstar Lionel Messi could also come to the Saudi League. Al Ittihad are moving to acquire the player for a huge sum.

The information was released by the Spanish journalist, Juan Funches. Al Ittihad’s offer is $94 million (about Rs. 770 crore) for just one season. The team is aiming for a two-year deal. Messi will be the highest paid player in football history if he accepts the offer.

After 2008-09, Ittihad, coached by former Portuguese player Nuno Espirito, aims to win the Saudi national title. Cristiano’s Al Hilal and Al Nasr have dominated the Saudi league for years. The club hopes that with the arrival of Messi, the performance of the team will change.

Al Hilal also looked at Messi earlier. Hilal’s move was after Nasr made a big move by bringing down Cristiano.

Messi’s contract with PSG expires this year. It is not clear whether the contract with PSG will be renewed. A move to another club cannot be ruled out. There were reports of negotiations with US club Inter Miami. There were also reports of a return to former club Barcelona. However, the player’s manager and Jorge Messi’s father has rejected this.
