7R to Develop Modern Facility for VOX
7R, a commercial real estate developer, signed a long-term lease agreement with Profile VOX for modern warehouse and production space in Pobiedziska, near Poznań, Poland. The facility is being developed as a build-to-suit (BTS) project and is designed as a hybrid space, combining a modern warehouse zone with a production area tailored to the tenant’s needs, meeting high standards of insulation and energy efficiency.
The agreement details were not disclosed,but the project signifies 7R’s continued expansion in the Polish logistics market. Profile VOX, a manufacturer of construction systems, will utilize the space to support its growing operations.
Construction of the facility is underway, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2024. The location in Pobiedziska provides strategic access to major transportation routes,facilitating efficient distribution across Poland and Europe.
