The newly crowned Cangrejeros de santurce reinforced their roster this Thursday with nine players ahead of the Serie del Caribe, which will be played from February 1st to 7th in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
The Puerto Rican team, led by Venezuelan Omar López and representing the Liga de Béisbol Profesional Roberto Clemente (LBPRC) in the Caribbean tournament, added star infielders Emmanuel Rivera and Gabriel Cancel.
Both reinforced the Leones de Ponce in the final. From the Leones, they also added Andrew Marrero, Reliever of the year, and left-handers gabriel Rodríguez and Brady Tedesco, who reinforced the Leones in the playoffs.
