Admiral Vandier at National Press Club: NATO Transformation & US Security – Feb 10, 2026

NATO’s Transformation Chief to Address National Press Club

WASHINGTON – Admiral Pierre Vandier, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (SACT), will address the National Press Club on , from to , discussing the Alliance’s ongoing transformation and its implications for U.S. Security.

The event, a Headliners coffee and conversation, will begin with remarks from Admiral Vandier in the Fourth Estate Room, followed by a question-and-answer session. Attendees will hear how Allied Command Transformation (ACT) is working to ensure NATO remains prepared for future challenges and how this mission supports U.S. Strategic interests, according to a press release.

Vandier commands NATO’s transformation headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia. He will also outline the broader value of NATO for the United States, describing it as a network of nations that share the burden of defense, contribute global capabilities and address security crises across Europe and the broader transatlantic space.

National Press Club members may attend at no cost. Non-member tickets are available for $5. Tickets can be purchased here, and registration is required for entry.
