A two-vehicle collision in Mississauga on Monday evening has left two women injured, one critically. Peel Regional Police responded to the scene near Mississauga Road and Beaverbrook Way, just north of the Queen Elizabeth Way, shortly before 6:30 p.m.
According to police, one woman was transported to a local trauma centre with life-threatening injuries, while the other sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital. A male driver is currently in custody, though investigators have not yet released his identity or details regarding potential charges.
