After the attack with a sharp object on Sunday (June 25) in one of the Košice apartments on Irkutská Street in the Nad Jazerom district, the police detained a 14-year-old boy. The Košice Regional Police informs about it on the social network.

The physical attack took place on Sunday evening. The police found the injured person on the stairs of the residential building. Rescuers also intervened on the spot.
“A 19-year-old man suffered injuries from a sharp object in the hands and chest area, and according to the preliminary statement of the doctors, he will be treated for more than 40 days.” reports the police.
In connection with the attack, the investigator initiated criminal prosecution for the crime of bodily harm.
