Bengaluru: CBCI has said that it will create a national platform for empowering lay activities in the Catholic Church of India. Lay Council. The public forum is to ensure lay participation in the mainstream of the church. CBCI was held at the St. John’s, Bangalore. At the meeting, the Elite Council presented its work report and plans.
The CBSI said that a national level lay consultation forum will be formed with the involvement of prominent lay people who serve the church and society. The Secretary of the Lay Council Adv.VCSebastian said.
