According to the Korean traditional music industry on the 15th, master singer Park Jeong-ah was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in 2019 and was fighting the disease, but passed away on February 14 at the age of 50.

Kim Tae-yeon, a disciple of master singer Park Jeong-ah, expressed her affection for the deceased by writing a hand-written letter to her teacher ahead of the finals of TV Chosun’s ‘Miss Trot 2’ in 2021, creating even more regret.
