Wife Expresses Distrust Toward Husband’s Indifference to Her Illness
A recent episode of MBC’s ‘Oh Eun-young Report – Marriage Hell’ featured a couple, dubbed the ‘No Comment Couple’, where the wife expressed her deep-seated distrust toward her husband’s lack of concern for her well-being when she was sick.
The wife revealed that she had previously suffered from acute enteritis and had to be taken to the emergency room. However, her husband’s response was alarming, as he drove her to the hospital in silence, dropping her off without a word.
The wife expressed her disappointment and frustration, stating that her husband’s behavior was akin to a “taxi that doesn’t take money.” She felt that her husband’s indifference was not only hurtful but also made her feel like she was not a priority in their relationship.
The husband, on the other hand, seemed to downplay the situation, stating that he was not worried about his wife’s condition because there were doctors and nurses present at the hospital. He also revealed that he is not the type to worry, which further exacerbated the wife’s feelings of frustration and distrust.
The wife also mentioned that her husband’s lack of concern was not an isolated incident, as he had also been unresponsive when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She felt that her husband’s behavior was not only hurtful but also made her feel like she was not valued in their relationship.
