According to Tokyo Electric Power Co., at 6:13 pm, about 4,200 houses in Nakano Ward, Tokyo, are without power.
Because of this, the elevators and escalators at the north and south exits of Nogata Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line have stopped, but no one has been caught or injured.
It means that there will be no impact on the operation of trains or the use of automatic ticket gates.
TEPCO is investigating the case and proceeding with the restoration work.
