Senior actor Kim Min-kyung has passed away. age 61.
According to entertainment officials, Kim Min-kyung passed away on the 16th.
The mortuary was prepared at the funeral hall of Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and it is reported that family and close colleagues are guarding the deceased.
Born in 1960, Kim Min-kyung began her acting career as a member of a theater company in 1979 and continued her acting career for 40 years. Following a number of theatrical stages, she appeared in the movies ‘Public Enemy’, ‘Tazza’, ‘Itaewon Murder Case’, ‘Little Princess’, and the drama ‘My Daughter Seoyoung’, ‘Junghwahwa’ and ‘When the Camellia Blooms’.
He was active until recently, appearing in the drama ‘Mouse’ and the upcoming movie ‘Fluid Fugitive’ and ‘1947 Boston’.
The burial will be strictly observed on the 18th, and the burial site is the cemetery of Namhangang Park.
