Screen capture of ‘Incidence Chief’ broadcast

‘Suspicion of school violence’ arose against actress S, who appeared in a popular drama and was loved for her portrayal of a villain.

JTBC’s ‘Case Chief’, which aired on the afternoon of the 1st, dealt with actress S’s ‘suspicion of school violence’.

According to the ‘incident leader’, in August 2004, when the male informant was in his second year of high school, he was called out by Mr. S, a third-year senior, and slapped for about an hour and a half. The informant said, “As soon as I left, they started hitting me. I don’t know why I was hit, but I just remember being slapped for an hour and a half.”

The reason why the informant, who was a male student, had no choice but to be beaten by Mr. S was because Mr. S’s boyfriend at the time was a popular senior so-called ‘Iljin’. The informant was also close with Mr. S’s boyfriend, and he did not want to make Mr. S’s boyfriend look wrong, so he just got hit. And after that, I avoided Mr. S for a while. Afterwards, Mr. S was involved in another school violence incident and transferred to another high school.

The informant who captured the broadcast screen of ‘Case Leader’ also revealed the transcript of Mr. S’s ex-boyfriend. Ms. S’s ex-boyfriend said, “It seems clear that there are people, including you, who have been harmed by her. Of course, it is because she harmed you and caused you trauma, so I can’t say anything about your decision to proceed like this.” He said.

Attorney Yang Ji-yeol said, “The informant’s position is that if he makes it public that there are other victims besides him and that he has evidence, various things can come out.”

Professor Park Seong-hee said, “(The informant) went to the United States six months after graduating from high school. He heard that Mr. S had become an actor, but he was not famous and thought he would have quit after a long time. Then he saw a clip of an entertainment show and he was there. “As soon as I saw that, I was shocked to the point that my hands were shaking. It seemed like Mr. S was forgetting about the injured victim, so I thought it shouldn’t be like this, so I reported it like this.”

According to the ‘Case Leader’, the informant contacted Mr. S’s agency and asked to hear Mr. S’s position, but the agency initially remained silent and did not respond, and when he again conveyed his position, the actor was overseas and could not be contacted. He said no. Afterwards, he said he would go to the U.S. with Mr. S and decide between right and wrong.

Afterwards, the ‘Case Leader’ asked the agency again for their position before broadcasting, and the agency said, “(The actor) said he couldn’t remember anything at all.”

Attorney Park Ji-hoon said, “Either he really didn’t do it or he did it so much that he can’t remember,” and added, “The informant said he is not asking for monetary compensation, but rather a sincere apology for why he hit him like that.”
