Adele Shatters Fans’ Hearts: The Soulful Songstress Takes an Indefinite Hiatus from Music
Adele Announces Indefinite Break from Music Scene
Adele has revealed that she will be taking an indefinite break from the music scene after her last performance in Las Vegas. The British singer recently concluded her 10-concert series in Munich, Germany, which started in August.
During her final performance in the city, Adele shared the news with her fans, stating that while her three years of live performances had been incredible, she wanted to take a break to focus on her personal life. “I’ve spent the past 7 years building a new life for myself, and I want to live it seriously now,” she said. “I know I’m not the most natural performer, but I’m very good at it. I’ve really enjoyed this nearly three years – it’s the longest performance I have ever done, and it may also be the longest one I have ever done.”
Adele also expressed her gratitude to her fans, stating that she would be thinking of them throughout the holidays. “I have 10 shows left after this to go back to my Las Vegas residency, but after that I won’t see you for a long time,” she said.
According to a report by Consequence, Adele also shared her plans for the future with German television broadcaster ZDF. “I don’t have any new music plans,” she said. ”After this I want a big break and I want to spend some time doing other creative things.”
