Broadcaster Yasmine Ezz revealed that she had obtained a court ruling against the Lebanese journalist Nishan against the backdrop of the dispute that broke out between them during their presence at the “Arab Media Forum” in a session entitled “Media and Trend” in September of last year in Dubai.
“Yasmine” posted on “Instagram”: “The ruling was issued on 4/29/2024 convicting the accused Nishan and punishing him for the public insult attributed to him, Yasmine Ezz, and an order was issued by the Dubai Prosecution to arrest the accused Nishan in implementation of the ruling. The crisis between Yasmine Ezz and Nishan came back after the former was late to attend the “Media and Trend” seminar on the sidelines of the activities of the Arab Media Forum in Dubai. She was supposed to participate in the session, but she was absent amidst Nishan’s anger and public rebuke, so “Yasmine” decided not to respond to Nishan was insulted and filed a lawsuit, and that she would not respond to the insult and took the necessary legal measures because of his creating this problem, as she said in previous statements.
Nishan mocks the absence of Yasmine Ezz
Journalist Nishan mocked Yasmine’s non-attendance at the “Media and Trend” session, saying: “She seems to be attending the winter sound.” Maybe Yasmine doesn’t want to come or doesn’t want to come. He also asked the attendees: “Do you think why Yasmine didn’t come?” for them to respond. They said to him: “To remain a trend,” and he added about the reason behind her absence: “Maybe she is afraid.”
Nishan explained that the reason behind his presence was the request of the Dubai Media Forum to run this seminar about being a professional media professional, but “but my guest whom they invited did not attend and did not apologise,” describing the matter, in his words, as “a shame and a lack of appreciation for all the people present.”
Nishan also spoke about his lack of interest in the reason behind Yasmine’s absence from the symposium and that it was an honor for her to have him ask her one question to describe her as “the biggest loser.”

She continued: “I will entrust the response to the competent legal authorities within the Emirate of Dubai, out of my confidence in its lofty and just judiciary, and to enhance the role of the law in deterring anyone who tempts himself to delve into people’s reputations and defame them unjustly, and let everyone know that I do not stoop to respond to abuse with abuse, but rather leave the matter to the authorities.” concerned in the rule of law.

Yasmine Ezz refused to apologize to Nishan for not attending, saying: “In addition, I did not apologize to this person and I will not apologize as is rumored on some sites, because he was simply the one who transgressed against me and not the other way around.”
