Senior officials⁤ from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and other stakeholders are expected ‍to attend.

The meeting is part of a larger⁣ examination‍ into the Air India Dreamliner crash, which resulted‍ in numerous fatalities and sparked concerns about aviation safety in India. A⁢ newly formed⁣ multi-disciplinary committee is leading‍ the probe.

The Union Home Secretary ‍will head ⁤the ⁢investigation ⁣panel,⁢ which includes ‍top officials from both central and state governments. Members⁣ include the Secretary of the Ministry of ⁣Civil Aviation, representatives from Gujarat’s Home‍ department and⁤ State Disaster Response Authority, the Ahmedabad Police Commissioner, and ⁣the Director Generals of Inspection and Security⁤ from the Indian Air Force, the Bureau ‍of Civil Aviation Security⁣ (BCAS), and the DGCA.
