Al-Arabiya’s correspondent in Turkey reported the death of Muhammad Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, son of the President of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, today, Friday, as a result of his injuries in a traffic accident that occurred in Ankara a month ago.
On March 8, Mohamed Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan was seriously injured in a traffic accident in Ankara, according to what local media announced.
Dogan News Agency reported at the time that Muhammad Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan was riding his motorcycle in the Turkish capital, Ankara, when he collided with a vehicle and fell to the ground meters away from his motorcycle.
She added that he was taken to the hospital, where he was admitted to the intensive care unit.
This news comes as Sudan has witnessed bloody fighting since April 15, 2023 between the army led by Al-Burhan and the Rapid Support Forces led by Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo, which led to the deaths of thousands of Sudanese and the displacement of about eight million others.
