Sports journalist Muhammad al-Bukairi highlighted the discrepancy in the fines, questioning the rationale behind the differing penalties. He publicly asked for clarification on the factors influencing the Committee’s decisions, given the comparable nature of the offenses and the lack of reported injuries in either case.
