Fire Breaks Out on Radio Street
Civil protection forces in Alexandria responded to a large fire on Friday morning at a motorcycle exhibition and shop specializing in famous motorcycles on Radio Street in the Bakos district, east of alexandria, according to Youm7. No injuries were reported, and authorities took the necessary measures to contain the blaze.
Eyewitnesses reported that approximately 100 motorcycles and scooters were fully destroyed by the fire,which severely damaged the shop.
Initial Response and Examination
The Sand Police Department received notification of the fire from the Najda Police Department and dispatched officers along with Civil Protection Forces to the scene. Initial investigations suggest the fire was caused by a short circuit.
the fire consumed motorcycles and spare parts within the store, which was closed at the time. Smoke from the fire prompted a temporary evacuation of residents from the building for fear of suffocation.
Fire Contained, Investigation Ongoing
Firefighters successfully controlled and contained the fire, preventing it from spreading to neighboring shops. Criminal evidence teams have been assigned to determine the precise cause of the fire.
