Director Choi Dong-hoon, who has been making this movie for a very long time, said, “This movie is the best we can do. It was made because we wanted to exchange imagination with the audience, and I hope that the audience will also see this movie and fall into the world of the same imagination. .” He said, explaining the reason for planning this film.
Director Choi Dong-hoon said, “I did this after the movie ‘Assassination’ was over, and ‘Assassination’ was a realistic movie by my standards. I wanted to make a film in which things that I would like to happen at least once collide. This is the characteristic of my sci-fi genre.” He continued, “This movie is a film in which there is a clash of time. Regarding the fact that the drama is set in the end of the Goryeo era, even though it is a period drama, director Choi Dong-hoon said, “In modern times, alien airships come out and move to the past, and there are not ordinary people, but masters waiting. What kind of era would the masters live in? I thought about it. The Joseon Dynasty is known a lot, but I don’t know much about Goryeo, and I thought that the era in which the Taoist lived was Goryeo.
