MUMBAI: Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan was admitted to hospital. He underwent emergency surgery at a private hospital in Mumbai. The operation was carried out to remove the blockage in the blood vessels in the leg. Hospital authorities said Bachan’s health condition is satisfactory. Amitabh Bachchan wrote on X that he was grateful for the support. The actor was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai this morning.
