Jerry’s brother named Carmel was in America at the time. With the help of his brother, he studied western music at two universities for six years. State award winning artist Jerry Amaldev has been silent for 20 years. There was a long silence of Jerry after composing the songs for Sathyan Anthikad’s film ‘No. 1 Snehathiram Bangalore North’.
