Anne Burrell, the acclaimed chef and popular‌ Food Network television host, has died at⁤ age 55, according to⁢ a ‍statement ⁢released Tuesday by the Food Network⁢ and‍ her family.details regarding‌ the⁤ cause ⁣of death were⁢ not promptly available.

Burrell, ⁣a beloved figure in the culinary ‍world, hosted “secrets of‍ a Restaurant Chef” for nine seasons. she also hosted “Worst Cooks‍ in America,” one of the Food Network’s‍ most​ accomplished series.The Food ​Network lauded her remarkable culinary talent​ and her ‌passion for sharing the importance of food.

Her ⁣family described her as ⁣a beloved⁤ wife, ‌sister, daughter, stepmother and ⁣friend ⁤whose smile brightened every​ room. They added ‍that her warmth, spirit,​ and ​boundless love would remain eternal.

Beyond her hosting ‍duties,the celebrity chef appeared on numerous cooking shows,including “Iron Chef America,” “Chopped,”⁢ and “Beat Bobby Flay.” Burrell graduated ⁢from‌ Canisius College with a degree in⁢ English and communications before⁢ attending the Culinary Institute of America, ⁣where she graduated ​in⁢ 1996.
