Apple Set to Finally Add Calculator App to iPad After 14 Years

It is expected that Apple will eventually add a calculator app to the iPad. It’s been 14 years since the iPad was released.

According to MacRumors, an Apple media outlet, on the 25th, Apple plans to introduce its own calculator app along with the iPadOS 18 software update on all iPad models.

Until now, there was no official calculator app on the iPad, so users faced some inconveniences. As a result, users had to download the calculator app separately from the Apple Store.

The beta version of iPadOS 18 is expected to be released after the annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on the 7th of next month, and the official update is expected to come in September. Additionally, there are observations that macOS 15 will be improved so that the calculator app is compatible with note-taking apps and can be resized.

In response, Android users asked: “Has this ever happened?”, “Has this never happened before?” They were surprised and reacted like this.
