Araujo sends a message to Barcelona fans after bidding farewell to the Champions League

Uruguayan defender Ronald Araujo, the Spanish Barcelona player, sent a message to his club’s fans after the team’s farewell to the Champions League yesterday against Paris Saint-Germain, one of the reasons for which was Araujo’s expulsion at the beginning of the match.

On the other hand, Mexican Rafael Marquez, coach of the Barcelona youth team, is close to taking over as coach of the club’s first team, succeeding the Spanish Xavi Hernandez, the team’s current coach, who announced his departure from Barcelona at the end of the current season.

The Catalan newspaper Sport revealed that Rafa Marquez is the most prominent name nominated to succeed Xavi, as Barcelona wants to repeat the success story of Luis Enrique and Pep Guardiola with Xavi and Marquez.
